Our story
From a small Al-Rawdah office to 18,000 travellers.
In 2016 our founder kept getting the same request from friends and family in Jeddah: “Can you help us plan Malaysia for the kids?” The booking sites had the flights but none of the answers. Which hotels have connecting rooms? Where can we eat halal near the theme park? Will the itinerary fit around prayer times?
vinceill travel grew from those questions. Today we combine a digital booking platform for flights, hotels and transfers with a planning team that speaks Arabic and English and understands how Gulf families travel.
We still answer the phone in Jeddah. We still check every hotel ourselves or through partners we have worked with for years. And we still believe the best holiday is the one where you never have to worry about what comes next.
